Mary has been a mainstay in our lives and in the care of our standard poodles. Over the course of several years she’s been with us and our pets through puppyhood, health, sickness, and end of life. She’s provided daily walks and stayed in our home while we were traveling internationally. She’s comforted us and helped with special care for two dogs who we said good-bye to. And, she’s helped with extra walks and reinforced training as we raised two puppies. Her judgment, keen observation of the pets, and professionalism continually gave us peace of mind. We’re absolutely nutty about who we leave our pets with and we’ve always been absolutely comfortable leaving them in Mary’s care.

One of our major concerns when planning a trip or a vacation was always who would take care of Brodie, our 8 year old Welsh Corgi. Brodie is a very important family member and having the right person to care for him was paramount to us feeling comfortable in leaving him at home. Not only did we find the "right" person, but we found the PERFECT person in Mary Lewis!! Mary has cared for Brodie for about 4 years. Mary has not only addressed his basic needs, but she has offered him a playful companion, a supportive friend in thunder storms, and has always taken the time to cuddle with him on the couch. When we return home, whether it be a weekend away or a two week trip, not only is Brodie happy and healthy, but my home looks exactly the way it did when we left!! We always look forward to Mary's reports on how Brodie did in our absense. Mary Lewis has been a wonderful care taker for our Brodie, and she has offered us peace of mind. Mary is professional, personable and a dream to work with!!
